We write across many different classes of business but we’ve made janitorial and cleaning companies one of our main areas of focus. We’ve done this for a number of reasons:
First, we have a list of carriers that are among the most competitive in providing comprehensive coverage that will enable you to sleep better at night. Oh, and we find carriers that do this for a very reasonable price.
Secondly, focusing in on a few classes of business enables us to get the complete story on what your needs are, and learn the industry inside and out. We aim to be one of your most trusted advisors.
But why does a cleaning company need insurance anyway?
Business insurance can protect you against a whole host of “oopsies” events! Maybe a cleaner damages something of high value while dusting or vacuuming. Or, a cleaner trips and injures themselves while vacuuming.
At Inspire Insurance Services in Roseville, CA we have a wide variety of carriers to pick from, so we’re able to be sure to get the MOST bang for your buck. In short, we are in a position to have the carriers compete for your business.
Some of these plans come with bells and whistles that fit your specific situation. For instance, maybe you want $25,000 worth of employee dishonesty coverage added to your policy. No problem there.
If you are running your business without insurance now, just know that if your business is like most other businesses, the difference between being covered and not covered in the event of a major injury or damage to someone else’s property is likely the difference between going belly up or not.
When we write your insurance, we cover all the bases so that you can stop worrying about the what-ifs, and do what you do best… run your business!
Go ahead, drop us an email. We don’t bite, and unlike some agencies, we won’t pressure you to buy from us. That’s a promise.

An independent broker can do important things for you. To begin, we are able to quickly scan pricing and coverages across many different carriers. You get choices. Since rates vary so widely, we are able to secure a better deal than you are able to get yourself.
Going through an independent channel is beneficial to you because when it comes time to renew, it is very easy for us to bid your insurance out. The more companies your insurance is bid out to, the greater chances you have of getting the most bang for your buck.
If we find a better deal, its easy for us to move your policies over and make sure there’s no gaps in coverage dates. The process is smooth – you don’t need to provide all the information again, and you can stick with the same broker.
For many people the relationship they’ve built with the broker is important to them, so they deal with higher rates or incomplete coverage in order to continue the relationship. With an independent, this is a non issue. Keep your broker and get better coverage. You deserve it.
Independent agents are not employed by insurance companies. We act as an advocate for you, the client. Because we are not employed by an insurance company, we are able to give unbiased advice. We can evaluate your insurance as a whole, and if we see something that could be improved upon, we always have a variety of ways to solve that weak point.
If a claim should arise, we act on your behalf to make sure that the carriers uphold their promises. Filing for claims, and getting them approved can be a confusing and frustrating process. Having someone in your corner that has been there and done that is always a plus.
You should not need to be dialing automated 1800 numbers when dealing with a claim. With us, you won’t. Dial the same number you always do, and get a human, right away.
In short, working with an independent comes down to the four A’s.
Unless you LOVE the broker you are working with, we ask that you pick up the phone and call us.
